Terms of service

These Terms apply to purchases of digital products from Batch & Margin.

What you receive. This is a one-time digital purchase of the files described on the product page for the product you buy. There is no physical shipment or subscription. Software requirements are described on that product page. For The Small-Apartment Reset, the package includes the printable PDF workbook, HTML companion, and START-HERE instructions. You need software that can open ZIP files, a suitable PDF viewer, and a browser for its HTML companion. Saving PDF entries depends on your viewer. HTML notes in The Small-Apartment Reset are not saved automatically; download your notes before closing the page.

Personal-use license — The Small-Apartment Reset. You may download, keep backup copies, and print the files for your own personal household use. You may not redistribute, publicly upload, resell, sublicense, or include the files in another product or service without our written permission, except where applicable law permits such use.

Usage license — The Anti-Vibecode Workbook. Purchasers of The Anti-Vibecode Workbook may use it for their own personal, professional and commercial website/app projects, including projects they are authorized to perform for clients. This includes applying the workbook's checks and fixes, adapting its AI repair prompts to those projects, and incorporating findings and recommendations derived from the workbook into their own client work or reports. The workbook files and included prompt packs may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, published or shared as standalone materials, including uploading them for others to download or providing the original buyer ZIP, PDF, DOCX or prompt packs as a client deliverable. Purchasers may not share the full workbook or prompt packs with third parties or sell substantially unchanged copies or derivatives of the workbook.

Ownership. Buying the files gives you this license, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Content is owned by Batch & Margin or used with permission, and is protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Rights not granted by this license remain with their respective owners.

Using the workbook. For The Small-Apartment Reset, the workbook provides general organizing information and optional guided activities. It is not a professional organizing service. Results depend on your circumstances; we do not guarantee a particular result or a complete apartment transformation. The five-minute option is a bounded starting/reset activity, not a promise to clean an entire home. Mira is a fictional AI-created workbook guide.

Payment and delivery. Checkout charges are in USD. Review the total, including any applicable tax, before paying. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion charges. After successful payment, a download link is sent to the checkout email address. Contact us if it does not arrive or the files do not work as described.

Refunds and support. Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. Contact batchandmargin.help@gmail.com with your order number and checkout email address. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

Responsibility under the law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer guarantees, statutory remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Our responsibility for a problem or loss will be assessed under applicable law. The description of the workbook's scope does not remove your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed content.
