Refund policy
Digital products purchased from Batch & Margin are delivered as downloads. There is no physical shipment. After a successful payment, a download link is sent to the email address used at checkout. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and contact us for help.
Duplicate purchases. If you accidentally buy the same workbook twice, contact us with both order numbers. Once we confirm the duplicate, we will refund the extra purchase.
Missing access or unusable files. If your download is missing, corrupted, or cannot be used as described, contact us. We will help restore access or provide a working replacement without additional charge. If we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time, we will offer a refund. This does not require you to accept a replacement where applicable law gives you the right to choose a refund or another remedy.
Accidental purchases or a change of mind. Contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Downloading the file does not, by itself, remove this offer. Requests received later will be considered according to the circumstances and your applicable consumer rights.
How to ask. Email batchandmargin.help@gmail.com with your order number, checkout email address, and a short explanation. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required by law. We will confirm when a refund is issued; the payment provider controls how long it takes to appear.
If a purchase is refunded or cancelled, please stop using and delete the downloaded copies, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
Your rights. This policy adds to, and does not limit, rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law, including rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content and any applicable cancellation rights. The 14-day offer above is not a deadline for exercising statutory rights. We do not treat a purchase or download alone as a waiver of those rights.
